What you'll need
3 large (600 gr. / 21 oz)
Tomato
600 gr. / 21 oz
Watermelon, Cubed

Apples (sweet Like Fuji)
1/2 Cucumber, Peeled
1/2
Green Pepper
1/8
White Onion
1 clove
Garlic
3 tsp.
Sherry Vinegar
1/4 cup (60 ml)
Cup Of Olive oil
1 tsp
Salt
Blend tomato, watermelon and apple (measurements at end)

Blend cucumber, green pepper, onion and garlic with a ladle of the tomato-watermelon mix

Add remaining tomato-watermelon mix, salt and vinegar. Blend.

Slowly drizzle in olive oil

Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Taste and adjust salt and vinegar if necessary. Serve!
