Begin with feet under something stable, knees bent, & laying flat with 1or2 dumbells in hand.
With dbs staying over chest/shldrs - squeeze core & keep back flat. “Crunch up” & slowly lower down.
Squeeze shldrblades & exhale on the up movement to get the most stability & core action possible!
