In mixing bowl Add flour, jaggery, cinnamon powder, baking powder,baking soda

To the flour mixture Add oil, curd ,vanilla extract and Milk.Add 3-4tbsp hot water&Beat till smooth

Mix in the chopped Nuts of your choice (dusted with flour)

Pour the batter in greased pan,Place the mixture into the pre-heated pan and bake for 45-60 minutes

Here’s the whole wheat cake after baking(the top should be golden)

Let the wheat cake cool completely, add toppings for cake of your choice

I used Chocolate ganache in 1:1 mixture of chocolate and warm cream. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top
