Start on your hands and knees. Alternate cat and camel poses for 1 minute.

Get into down dog position and hold it for 1 minute.

Stand up and grab your calves in a standing forward fold. Hold this for 1 minute.

Get on your knees and touch your feet with your hands. Lean your head as far back as you can and look to the sky. Hold this for 30 seconds.

Sit cross legged and gently roll your head in a circle. Do this for 1 minute.

Gently rest your head on the mat and grab your heels in rabbit pose. Hold this pose for 1 minute.

Grab your hands behind your back and lift them to the sky to deepen the rabbit pose. Hold this for 30 seconds.

Get on your back and hug your knees into your chest. Stay in this pose for 1 minute.

Get into a shoulder stand and rest your hands on your back. Hold this for about 30 seconds.
