Zucchini Bread
Cut off the tops and shred the zucchini on a box grater.

Add the shredded zucchini to a mixing bowl.

Add the eggs to the oil and stir to combine to break up the eggs. Add to the zucchini.

Add the sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Add baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir to combine.

Measure the flour and place into the mixture. Make sure to level the flour accurately.

Mix to combine.

Preheat the oven to 325 F. Spray the pans and add the batter evenly to the two bread pans.

Bake for 45-50 minutes.
