Spelt Flour
salt & pepper

vegetables you need...

pour chiaseeds in a bowl & add 2 tbs of water

let them soak for 10 min

chop vegetables and put in a bowl

add grated zucchini

add tahini and soaked chiaseeds

add spices (paprika,chilli, pepper, salt)

add 1 tbs of mustard

add flour & stir well

batter should look like this

add oil in a preheated pan

form fritters with a large spoon

fry each side for about 4 min
